Position: Jeffieres' Investment Banking Division is looking for an Administrative Assistant, supporting its Media Group.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to group’s co-head along with junior bankers on the team.
  • Telephone coverage, take accurate messages, handle urgent/confidential calls with appropriate judgment; back-up other lines, as needed, for bankers and colleagues.
  • Able to work well remotely with banker when they are traveling.
  • Heavy client interaction with high-level executives; act as liaison with clients and their assistants.
  • Maintain executives' calendar, schedule all meetings and conference calls, field e- mails and phone calls requesting meetings, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues.
  • Prepare and submit all expense reports.
  • Handle personal work as directed.
  • Coordinate heavy travel both domestic and international.

Required Background:

  • 5 plus years’ experience working in Investment Banking
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
  • Ability to work 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
