5. What is a candidate view?

A candidate view is the ability to see a candidate’s full OneWire Profile and uploaded resume when using the Premium offering or a customized solution. Candidate views may be limited per posting; however you always have the ability to purchase more or inquire about our unlimited plans.

6. What is a Talent Community?

Every employer has an exclusive Talent Community on OneWire. Candidates join your Talent Community by applying to a job at your company or identifying that they are interested in working for you. Candidates maintain their own profiles, so their information stays up-to-date. This community of candidates is specific to your organization, will grow over time, and can be tapped into as a great source of potential employees or referrals. Best of all, you always have access to your Talent Community!

7. How do I access my Talent Community?

You can always access your Talent Community by logging into your account. The best part is that you don’t need to have an active account with OneWire to remain connected to candidates you acquired during your time as a OneWire client. Your Talent Community is perpetual and it’s yours!

8. My job was flagged. What does that mean?

If a job posting seems to be in violation of OneWire’s Job Posting Guidelines, it will be flagged and you will be notified. You may edit your job posting to clear the issue and re-submit the job for approval. Once the issue is resolved, it will be approved and you’ll be all set!

9. What do I do if my job posting is flagged?

If your posting is flagged, you can edit the job posting to resolve the issue and re-submit the posting for approval. If the issue is unclear, you will be contacted by a OneWire representative. Once resolved, it will be approved and you’ll be all set!

10. How can I search for candidates in OneWire’s community?

You can search for candidates by purchasing a Premium posting online or by contacting Sales to customize a recruitment solution that fits your hiring needs.

11. How do I sign up for an annual subscription?

Contact Sales to obtain an account with a longer duration.

12. How do I buy more job postings?

You can always post online, or you can Contact Sales for higher volume advertisements or custom solutions.
