Phil McConkey, President - Academy Securities - Part II

Phil McConkey graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1979 and spent five years in the Navy as a nuclear weapons transshipment pilot. After his service ended in 1984, he pursued his dream to play for the NFL and joined the NY Giants as a wide receiver. Over the course of his five year football career, he won Super Bowl XXI with the NY Giants and also played for the Green Bay Packers, Phoenix Cardinals and San Diego Chargers. Following his NFL career, Phil transitioned to Wall Street where he worked for Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas and G.G.E.T before joining Academy Securities as President in 2011.
