Bonnie Kintzer, CEO - Reader's Digest Association

I very much look for people with that kind of character that I believe can be partners in tough times but also know how to lead and set a vision.
After graduating from Clark University, Bonnie Kintzer began her career as a data entry clerk at IPC Systems, where she quickly climbed to the management level. From there she reentered the world of academia to obtain her MBA at Harvard Business School. After graduating, Bonnie worked as a consultant for the PA Consulting Group, returning to IPC shortly after to serve as their Marketing Director. In 1998, she joined Reader’s Digest Association (RDA) as the VP of Global Strategy & Business Redesign and worked her way up to become the President of U.S. Publishing. In 2007, she left RDA to found Kintzer, Bachar & Associates, a strategic management consultancy company specializing in media. Her clients at Kintzer Bachar included Rachael Ray, AOL, RDA, and The Huffington Post. She also served as CEO of Women’s Marketing Inc. in 2010 before returning to Reader’s Digest Association in 2014 to run the company. She is currently on the board of F+W Media and Women’s Marketing Inc.
