Position Details

  • Help desk/Desktop support professional to assist the current IT manager at a Fund of Funds with over $5B in assets.
  • Support a 60 user/4 office environment consisting of Windows XP, 2k/2k3 server, Active Directory, SQL, Citrix, Cisco, VPN, Exchange and Blackberry.
  • 2-5 years experience, 4 year degree, excellent communication skills.
  • Customer Service Oriented/ user first
  • Support remote users, home office, overseas
  • Daily Network Maintenance including tape backup, server maintenance, user issues
  • Possible local and long distance travel
