The Corporate Advisory practice of Perella Weinberg Partners is actively seeking a talented, ambitious and accomplished individual who is attracted to the proposition of joining a private, entrepreneurial firm that embraces a partnership culture.
Perella Weinberg Partners is seeking an Associate for its Corporate Advisory business in San Francisco.  Candidates should demonstrate a history of top professional and academic performance, a strong aptitude for financial analysis and a desire to work in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) space.
Associates work closely with Partners and professionals of the Firm to develop client relationships and execute a full range of strategic transactions.
The Associate experience at Perella Weinberg Partners is differentiated through its high-level interaction with some of the industry’s most respected and accomplished professionals.  The Firm operates with leanly staffed deal teams, providing Associates with the opportunity to have extensive exposure to our Partners as well as with our clients and their senior management teams.

Position Requirements

-          Previous Investment Banking experience required

-          Telecom, Media & Technology experience preferred

-          Experience with complex financial models, including comparable public company, precedent transaction and discounted cash flow using Microsoft Excel, CapIQ and FactSet

-          Experience must include performing due diligence, SEC disclosures/documentation, business valuation, divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and pro forma merger analysis; preparation and review of presentations to third parties

-          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-          Proven ability to establish and maintain the respect and trust of clients

-          Managing and training Analysts
