Position Details

Prime Brokerage and Clearance Services is engaged in the business of establishing execution, clearing and/or prime brokerage arrangements for hedge funds, broker-dealers, market makers in securities and options, specialists, and other professional traders on all stock, options and futures exchanges.

Principal Responsibilities:
Daily interaction with BD clients regarding trade breaks, real-time trade issues, Oasys, end of day files.
Portfolio accounting and reporting.
Heavy contact with Global Operations (clearance, treasury, dividends, reorg, options).
Heavy phone interaction with clients.
Understand clients' custody reporting needs.
Work with the client to help grow their business.

Position Requirements

Experience/Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years accounting, operations, or brokerage experience.
Ability to interface with internal and external operations groups.
Attention to detail.
Results oriented.
Ability to react quickly to meet intra-day deadlines.
Previous experience in broker dealer clearing or in prime brokerage client services is preferred, but not required.
