Job Description
Responsibilities
• Deliver major account penetration strategies as well as the following: setting standards and processes for sales strategy, account development, and strategic account selling
• Provide hands on management for the sales teams. Handle presentations to high caliber clients
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Implement plans and manage performance against tactical and strategic plans
Requirements
• BA or BS from a top tier university, MBA preferred
• 6-8 years of sales experience
• Must possess a strong direct enterprise selling background accompanied with knowledge of web-based or Software-as-a-Service offerings
• Proven success selling to the executive level in a large enterprise organization
• Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling
• High activity sales cycle for generating new business
• Excellent communication skills including an ability to communicate effectively at senior levels
• Strong sense of initiative and desire to achieve
• Experience of managing/developing and coaching large number of staff to achieve targets
• Will have a well developed internal & external contact network
• Solid knowledge of relevant legislation & external environment
• Proven problem solving & decision making ability
