Overview of the Position

The Sales Manager will be a key player on the team. S/he will oversee the launch and long term Sales strategies for this new online service focusing on the Northeast region.

The Sales executive will be the driving force in continuing to penetrate new markets and enterprise customers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Direct Sales of the OneWire product to financial companies and will work closely with the management team in mapping out the sales strategy as well as the go-to-market approach and blueprint. This person will be a member of an elite enterprise sales team.

The role will require a business-oriented executive who has an understanding of the Finance industry and who has proven experience delivering an effective sales and delivery strategy. It will also require an individual who enjoys a results and performance-based culture and can infuse the right level of process and prioritization that comes with a company scaling at the pace of OneWire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver major account penetration strategies as well as the following: setting standards and processes for sales strategy, account development, and strategic account selling
• Provide hands on management for the sales teams.  Handle presentations to high caliber clients
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Implement plans and manage performance against tactical and strategic plans

Requirements
• BA or BS from a top tier university, MBA preferred

• 6-8 years of sales experience
• Must possess a strong direct enterprise selling background accompanied with knowledge of web-based or Software-as-a-Service offerings

• Proven success selling to the executive level in a large enterprise organization

• Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling

• High activity sales cycle for generating new business

• Excellent communication skills including an ability to communicate effectively at senior levels

• Strong sense of initiative and desire to achieve

• Experience of managing/developing and coaching large number of staff to achieve targets
• Will have a well developed internal & external contact network
• Solid knowledge of relevant legislation & external environment

• Proven problem solving & decision making ability
