Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly talented and motivated C/C++ developer with 1-3 years of experience .


The position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting software in a highly-distributed, real-time trading environment. Further responsibilities will include maintenance and upgrades of previously developed software infrastructure.

Position Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)

· Knowledge of C/C++ and Perl programming languages

· Strong self-motivation

· Ability to multi-task between multiple projects.

· Knowledge of Java and Shell scripting languages is desirable

· Experience with Unix environments (Linux and/or Solaris preferred)

· Knowledge of Linux/Unix system, network (TCP/IP) programming

Deep understanding of software design concepts
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
