Best Talent for any Open Opportunity

OneWire’s powerful sorting and matching technology connects you with qualified candidates who match your exact search criteria. Recruiting has never been so simple — or so precise.

  • Open your account

After signing up with a OneWire representative, enter your information, including company and contact details, number of employees, locations, and other background we need to get you started. Your information is always secure and confidential.

  • Create a Project

Enter your search criteria for any open opportunities with as much detail as you like. The more detail you provide, the more relevant and precise the matches will be.

  • Search

Once you create a project, set it as either a "Public" or "Private" search. Candidates on OneWire can always see Public searches but will only see Private searches if you contact them about the opportunity.

  • Review

OneWire’s powerful matching technology provides you with a list of candidates who precisely match your search criteria. These candidates are ranked in order of their percentage match score to your position. You can quickly move candidates to your short-list to begin communicating with them.

  • Communicate

Send messages to candidates on your short list. At this point, candidates can review the details of your opportunity and, if they have private profiles, can grant you permission to view their profile details. They can also Refer a Friend

  • Manage the Process

Administer all candidate communication and interviews through the OneWire system. Interviewers can add notes to the candidate’s profile to maintain a thorough record of all internal evaluations, helping you simplify the interviewing process and ensure the right hire. Notes are saved for your firm’s benefit, are the possession of your firm, and are never shared with other firms or candidates.

You can even extend an offer of employment, and administer all onboarding requirements through OneWire.
