you are ranked in the OneWire system based on how closely you meet the firm's search
criteria. The firm only sees your percentage match score and must email you through
the system to ask permission to view your profile. If you do not reveal your profile
to the firm, they never know who you are.
Is my profile ever exposed without my knowledge?
Never. Firms only see your profile when you give them permission. Prior to
that they only see your percentage match score to their search criteria. You can
retract that permission at any time, reinstating your privacy and confidentiality.
You remain in control at all times.
