How do employers find me if they cannot see my profile?
When the information in your profile matches the details of a hiring manager's job description,
you are ranked in the OneWire system based on how closely you meet the search
criteria. The employer only sees your percentage match score and must email you through
the OneWire system to request permission to view your profile. If you do not reveal your profile
to the employer, they never know who you are.
Is my profile ever exposed without my knowledge?
Never. If you set your profile as private, employers only see your profile when you give them permission. Prior to
that, they only see your percentage match score to their search criteria. You can
retract that permission at any time, reinstating your privacy and confidentiality.
