Our Origin

We identified significant inefficiencies in the hiring marketplace and set out to create a career management tool that changes the way professionals advance their career and a hiring management tool that transforms the way employers source talent.

How We Do It

OneWire has mapped out key roles and specializations across millions of employers in various industries. Our taxonomy allows individuals to quickly and precisely map their experiences – education, work, and life – and distinguish themselves from their peers. Employers use the same structured data to create a search for an ideal candidate. This mirroring of profile data and search criteria allows for the precise matching of an individual to an opportunity. Our patent-pending algorithms filter through thousands of candidates, sorting them in order of percentage match score. At step in the process, individuals control their privacy.
