Our Origin

We identified significant inefficiencies in the marketplace and set out to create a Career Management Tool that transforms the way financial firms and industry professionals connect.

How We Do It

OneWire has mapped the taxonomy of functions, roles, and skills across millions of companies in various industries. This allows individuals to quickly and precisely map their experiences – education, work, and life – and distinguish themselves from their peers. Firms use the same system to create a search for their ideal candidate. This mirroring of profile and search criteria allows for the precise matching of individual to opportunity. Our patent-pending algorithms sift through thousands of candidates, sorting them in order of percent match. Both the firm and the individual get to see the percent match and can engage in a confidential dialogue to determine fit. At every point along the way, the individuals control their privacy, only allowing firms they select to see their profile.
